Majo Polyak releases new album Angles morts

PRESS RELEASE. | November, 2025

The music project Majo Polyak Music presents its second studio album, Angles morts, created in collaboration with the project’s core members – Majo Polyak (electronics, production), Radmila Svensson (vocals) and Paulína Feriancová (spoken word). The album was written and recorded between January 2024 and September 2025.

Angles morts features ten tracks that seek to uncover what hides in the “blind spots” of our lives – quietly waiting for the right moment to surface. Signals and feelings we often ignore or underestimate: joy and sorrow, fortunate and unfortunate twists, healthy and toxic relationships, well-meant advice and its “well-meant” counterparts, victories, defeats, health and illness… the positive and the negative alike. And when these forces finally emerge, they often catch us by surprise – for better or for worse.

The album’s sound is built on layered production, voice as a carrier of emotion, and an atmosphere that connects inner reflection with delicately shaped electronic textures.

The release follows the successful debut Neverending Story (2023), nominated for Discovery of the Year and Album of the Year in the Rádio_FM awards, while marking a significant step toward a more focused and concept-driven expression.

The creators describe Angles morts as a mirror held closer – where we no longer see clearly to the sides, and many things within or around us linger quietly until they fully reveal themselves.

“Life is strange, just feel it, deep,” sings Radmila Svensson in the title track Angles morts, which frames the overall atmosphere of the album.

“This album is about life, the way we live it, and the constant fight for it – and for ourselves,” adds Majo.

Angles morts is released on 17 November 2025 on all streaming platforms. CD and limited-edition LP versions are currently in production, with availability expected at the end of 2025.
